About the event

Live Session 2: Echoes of Survival: My Family’s Holocaust Story

Maureen Feran Freedland is the daughter of Holocaust survivors and the granddaughter of Holocaust victims from Czechoslovakia. For years, her father spoke openly about his escape, while her mother remained silent about the horrors she endured. After her mother’s death, Maureen pieced together her hidden story through documents, photos, and a journey back to her family’s homeland.
